Track Your Order

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once processed, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with your order confirmation and tracking details.

🔹 Tracking Information

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a tracking link to monitor your parcel.
You can use this link to check the real-time delivery status through our courier partner’s official website.

Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

🔹 Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is 1–3 working days for major cities and 3–7 working days for other areas within Pakistan.
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or courier service disruptions, but we always strive to deliver as fast as possible.

🔹 Tracking Not Working

If your tracking number isn’t showing any update, please wait at least 24 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation.
Still not updated? Simply contact our support team — we’ll check the delivery status for you.

🔹 Lost or Delayed Orders

In rare cases where a parcel is lost or delayed beyond the expected time frame, our customer support will assist you in locating your order or arranging a replacement/refund as per our Refund Policy.
